Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel room was well furnished with a king-size bed, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The unique design kept us intrigued, although it was not very spacious for two people. The room opened onto an internal corridor.
The hotel was a bit disappointing in terms of room size and darkness, but the service was pleasant and accommodating. The location was brilliant for relaxation and cocktails in the evening. The dining experience was excellent but lacked a mirror in the bedroom. The hotel offers a small wardrobe in the bathroom for storage, along with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were a bit small but served their purpose, though they did lack a mirror in the bedroom for getting ready. The location was ideal for a peaceful retreat and evening drinks, tucked away in a quiet area. The dining experience was exceptional with a wide range of fresh food, including the most amazing egg benedict.
The hotel is centrally located in the heart of old town Palma, but my room initially faced a narrow back street with noise from mopeds and barking dogs. I had to request a room change late at night as the first room was dark and not as described on the booking website.
The hotel rooms were spacious but overpriced and had some drawbacks with the view. The service was good under the circumstances, genuine and helpful. The location was excellent, right in the city center with many nearby attractions. The dining experience started dull but improved, offering a great variety of choices. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
